Specialty dining question

We have a specialty dining offer with our booking. Is this assigned or can we book this when we board? If so, where do we go and are these offers usually on a port day?

Haven't done this on HA before.

As indicated on that other post, promotional dinners and dinner packages typically require that you book the dinner after you board. The only way to secure prior to boarding a reservation for a specific day at a specific time is to purchase individual specialty dinners.

We are fine booking on board but where to do go to sign up?

If you are getting a free Pinnacle dinner -- go to the Pinnacle Grill to make your reservation. The majority of the time there will be card in your cabin on embarkation day that already has you assigned to a date and time for your free dinner. If you don't like the day and time -- take the card to the Pinnacle Grill and talk to the manager about changing the day and time.

We have been able to change our time and day easily but do it right away. Two cruises ago we decided to go to the PG for dinner but couldn't get a reservation as there were none available.
