Pullmantur Question regarding tickets

Hello all I have recently booked and paid in full two Pullmantur Cruises through a travel agent in Buenos Aires as that is where I am currently living. The travel agent says that Pullmantur will send the tickets/vouchers one month before sailing date. Is that the way they normally do this? Are they emailed? Thanks for your help

My recent experience on the 28 Nov 2017 sailing of the Pullmantur Sovereign was the following:

(1) About 30 days before sailing date, the online check-in will become available (mine was exactly 29 days). The website is https://www.pullmantur.es/en/how-to-check-in-online

(2) After I completed their check-in process, I got an email from them with two pdf attachments: Boarding Pass and Other Documents. This same info was sent to my TA who forwarded it to me the next day.

My USA-based TA tells me that many people do not perform the online check-in (or else have problems with the Pullmantur website when they try) and still somehow manage to get aboard their ship. Since it all worked for me, I am of no help should you have a problem with the online check-in.

Good Luck!
