What is your experience with the wifi service on ship. I have 250 min free but that can go very quick if its slow. Also are there locations near pier that offer free wifi. Thanks

The 250 minutes can last if you do most stuff offline and log on and off to send and receive. I get 240 minutes on Summit and the WiFi on that ship is not like at home, but it is not too slow, I can easily get by with it by careful use.

The Frog and Onion Pub in the Dockyard has free Wi-Fi for its guests. Other restaurants there probably the same. What I do these days is use international travel passes from my cell carrier (AT&T) that cost $10 a day while in port which gives me the same voice, data and text as at home. So the 240 minutes onboard for sea days on a Bermuda cruise combined with $30 for using the travel pass 3 days in port is quite enough Internet for me.
