Electric in cabins?

These converters are less than a dollar on ebay - they do NOT convert voltage but will allow you to use the several European style power outlets for anything you have with a different plug which is OK with 220volts.

They do not have a surge protector so are OK to use on a ship.

Last cruise I charged my phone in the bathroom electric shaver socket which was switchable 110/202 volts. Yours might not be.

Is there a us standard 110 outlet in the cabin on the motor yachts? If so, how many?

Yes there are both 110 and 220. We have some things like cpap that auto adjust to voltage so we use the 220 with a euro plug.
