We are booked on the Orion in cabin 6000, has anyone stayed in this cabin. It looks like it is under the Explores Lounge so I am not to worried about noise but wondering if the view will be somewhat blocked from the bridge.

No one has stayed in that cabin, as the Orion is not yet in service.

Hi Bigred84, I just looked at deck plans for the Orion and it looked at cabin 6000 so I see what you mean. I can’t answer precisely but the Explorers Lounge has sofas and seating in the area that would be over your cabin so I can’t imagine it would be noisy, I also think there is carpeting. That’s a quiet area of the EL, we’ve done 2 oceans with a 3rd in September and to my knowledge the EL isn’t very crowded in the evenings. I hope this helps.

Enjoy your travels.
