While it's not a deal-breaker, it would be nice :)

With "O" you don't always get whats on your invoice.

We had duplicative Virtuoso prepaid gratuities, always honored in the past with equal SBC's, but, on our most recent sailing, they were denied, and, despite numerous emails to HQ's, our only response was not substantiated with anything factual, but, a polite "you've received all credits due you".

My T.A. later found out that that type of duplication was only not applicable to cruises well after the date of our cruise. So, we were wrongfully denied $448 in SBC's!!! And, HQ's has heard from me since with no response!

I seem to recall there were not any or very few listed for booking before the announcement

The duplicate PPG have been a thing of the past for a year or more at least 2 I think

you get a flat rate $250 OBC in lieu of the PPG unless you reached Silver ( I think) by the date announced then you are grandfathered

With so many past guests reaching the higher levels it is costing them more to pay out the benefits

When you have people with 60+ cruises on O it is high stakes

I would rather they cut the loyalty benefits than the food quality

JMO of course

We had over 750 repeat pax on our July cruise

last year it was 800+ on 1 cruise

the top couple had 1030 days & probably a lot more by now ;)

It would be a nice surprise. I also like the ability to use OBC to book excursions online.

Bottom line is the most loyal Oceania customers are getting the shaft. So much for our loyalty. Guess they do not care very much. :(:(:(
