I hear the scale...The numbers are waiting to roll and stop

To make you happy when you see the numbers drop

 

That's mine/your wishes to start the day

Want the numbers down we say

 

We hope for the best each time we weigh

Whatever diet you use we do it our way

 

We all want the same results every week after week

Whatever numbers we see we never give up what we seek

 

Eating right and exercising is our goal each day and night

Try to remember it will make us healthier and slimmer that's right

Hi guys. You all are doing great! I'm up 2 week. Basically July is still a bust for me. Glad to be moving on from it. Only 15 left til goal, with plenty of time. Best of luck to you all in the coming week.

Red.. Your doing such a good job. Great total in weight loss

since you started.

 

Diana.. You'll get the pound off plus more in five weeks

I know. Will be less for cruise.

 

cmon.. Great loss since July 10th. Congrats on new number

on the scale.

 

Mike.. This is just one week. Your so close to goal. You'll

get the gain off fast.

 

Marine.. Good loss for the week and to be under your goal

I was down about a half pound. Know not getting enough exercise.

Should be easy during summer time. Use to be but life has

changed to much and I'm not adjusting as I should. But won't

Give Up!

Hi guys! I'm new to this thread, but I've lost 15 lbs in 5 weeks! I have a 14 night on Oct 23 and want to be at least 40 lbs down by then. My stretch goal is 51! [emoji38][emoji1374] Good luck to all on your journey (both weight loss and cruising!) [emoji8]

Hey Croozengal! Welcome and congrats on the impressive progress! I had two excellent months and then July happened and I've hit a dreaded plateau. Looks like we're sailing about a month after you so I think we've both got plenty of time. Belle makes us a new thread each week which makes for a nice little accountability tool.

Thanks! I've been tracking my food using the Lose It app and keeping around 1200-1300 calories. Trying to keep a ratio of 50% cals from protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat. I'm also not drinking alcohol (dang it!!) and drinking a crazy amount of water (about a 1/2 ounce for each lb of weight). My carbs are mainly from fruit, trying to stay away from processed carbs/bread. It's working for me! [emoji847]

Sounds like a good and sensible plan. Drink the water now save the alcohol for your cruise... It will be worth it...
