Koningsdam ??-Solarium??

We've been on several Celebrity ships and have truly enjoyed the Solariums, does the Koningsdam have a similar venue?? I looked at the Retreat, but it isn't what I was hoping to find.

The Solarium on a Celebrity ship is basically an indoor, all-season pool area--which is nice. But HAL ships all have a retractable roof over the main pool area which can be used to cover the pool in cool or rainy weather. So it serves a similar purpose.

Is it a "pay" for area like the Thermo pool area on HAL?

As already mentioned there is the main pool with the retractable roof. On the Koningsdam, the main pool is a double deck. So, there is a second deck above the pool with lounge chairs, etc. and it has a wonderful of view of the pool and also a view out. It's a great place to be as you are near the pool but not right on top of all the noise and kids running around.

Yes, it is free on Celebrity, but usually adults only, with a water feature and an adjacent healthy options (mostly free) spa cafe.

I just wondered if you did the Thermal Spa and how much it is a day/week etc. and if it is worth the cost.

can you tell me if the pools on the Koningsdam are fresh or salt water?
