Cooler for picnic

Recommended Posts

Hi experts! We have a 7 day cruise upcoming and I'm trying to nail down our activities. What we enjoy most about going someplace new is doing as much research as possible then pick out the road less travelled nooks and crannies go where the locals go places to spend the day. I think I have found a few on Huahine and Moorea but we will need to carry our own food and beverage. Does Paul Gauguin have coolers to borrow or do I need to bring a soft sided from home? I have a excellent polar bear that we use to carry our frozen meat to the caribbean but it is bulky and will take up 5lbs of my baggage weight limit. if anyone knows, thank you for a response!

In many islands you can't take food off the ship at all. So this may not be a viable choice. This pertains to fruits and vegetables, but perhaps to other foods as well. Drinks wouldn't be a problem obviously. But these islands are all small. You could easily go back to the ship for lunch, or just pick up a snack at a grocery store.
