Thanksgiving dinner on Seabourn??

We have sailed multiple times on Seabourn, but never on Thanksgiving. I’m sure turkey will be on the menu, but can someone who has eaten aboard a Seabourn ship on Thanksgiving let us know if it was an ‘authentic’ experience. On one cruise line, we could hardly identify the various Thanksgiving foods because they were so gourmet. We survived our disappointment, and have had excellent dinners on other cruise lines. What can we expect?? :);)

When we sailed during Thanksgiving we dined in the MDR and it was turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc. noting trying to be exotic. I know the Colonnade also had a turkey offering, although I don't think it was a buffet.
