Terminal Port Arrival Vs. Disembarkation?

We were B2B on the Millennium last summer on a Seward to Vancouver and back to Seward pair. The night before boarding we were at the Harbor 360 Hotel, there was a tremendous thunder and lightening storm which woke me up and I looked out the window somewhere around 3 AM to see the Millennium across the small boat harbor already docked at the cruise terminal. They ready came in early on that sailing.

Once the port authorities clear the ship self-disembarkation will begin. The cruise contracted train leaves Seward about 7 AM, and a great number of folks used it. Breakfast was empty on that last morning on the ship. We left the ship about 8 AM and the luggage hall was pretty empty.
