Free drinks peeler stickers

Recommended Posts

Not being sarcastic.

I'm curious if you can elaborate on the "Sticker" being used?

For? How?

Did you get more than one?

Just don't understand the post completely.

Sure,

My interpretation of the post is as follows:

Casino Players (once they play to a certain amount), receive a CASINO ROYALE VIP Sticker on their SeaPass card... this allows them Free Drinks in the Casino during the cruise. My interpretation is that the Original Poster wanted to know if they are standard throughout the fleet so he can peel it off from a prior cruise & apply it on an upcoming sailing... Thus my comment "Seriously"??

If you earn the free drinks, great - but don't find creative ways to scam !!

Hope that helps... If I am incorrect about my interpretation, then apologies - but oftherwise, my comment was - "Hey, don't be stupid & think you can scam"... and I went further to say "perhaps I should just try to board the ship with an old card & see if it works" - just in line with finding creative ways to scam!

Cheers

OP said “I have some left” which makes your interpretation of peeling off a sticker not make sense.

In the past we have been given a number of drink vouchers from the casino host when we didn’t qualify for the full free drinks but the host wanted to acknowledge us. I have the feeling that OP means something more like this, say 10 vouchers/stickers but not all were used

Has anyone ever got the free drink peeler stickers in the casino? I got some left from my last cruise and wondering if I could use them on my next cruise? R they all the same look?

If you have a sticker from casino host on your card, you still have to sign for it at the bar (with zero charge). Since the host keeps track of it maybe it may not work on future cruises? Although since hosts are always so busy they may not get around to checking the bar tab reports perhaps...

I have seldom signed for a drink in the casino once the waitress /waiter knows I have the sticker on my card. This has been on multiple ships

ah, good point - you are correct with waiter/waitress. When I go directly to the casino bar (which is my preference), I have had to sign on different ships but maybe that isn't a strict policy.

That was my impression.

I actually get the VIP sticker on my cruises also.

I like to gamble, and drink.

I saw the "Reply" from the OP, which has been deleted.

I wanted to "Verify" the intentions, before jumping all over them for trying to do a "Peel & Re-stick".

I think what the OP is referring to are drink coupons. That are given out on some ships. Some of them are like cards some of the are peel-it white stickers. Not the VIP stickers.

If the OP is refering to the VIP stickers. I want to warn them and anyone else, that they do check sometimes.

And I know of someone that was at pinnacle status, that is now banned from cruising on RCL for reusing a drink sticker

from my experience of having this sticker, the bar tenders on every ship I have had the sticker ask for my name and write it down on a piece of paper and is keeping track how many I have ordered. Sometimes i noticed they dont but for the most part they do indeed keep track. Im sure this information then makes it to the host. my guess is if you successfully transfer the sticker you could get away with it for one day and then you might have questions to answer with who knows what consequences. I must not that I dont know if the stickers are going to remain the same after the new system takes over.

They have always written down my name when I got anything at the casino bar with a VIP sticker. I'm sure the host checks those lists every day. If they see a name that shouldn't be there, I'm sure they would not let it go.
