Anthem on the seas - Deck 16 accessibility (Sky Lounge)

Hello, does anyone know if the Sky Lounge (deck 16) on the Anthem of the seas is wheelchair accessible? I can not find the information anywhere and as the outdoor spaces seem to be limited, we are looking for a place where we will be good to sunbathe on the bridge away from the big crowds.

The Sky Lounge is not wheelchair accessible. Though on deck 16 there are steps up to it. There is no elevator access to the Sky Lounge. Nor is there a chair lift which would have allowed the individual to be transfered and than someone could carry the chair up.

The Sky Lounge is a very small space - we were there for sail away. There were several steps up.
