I'm pretty sure if your cruise ends on 11/5 then you'll get them for the whole cruise

I think it has to do with that not all cruises are going to start on Nov 1.

Just seems like an odd statement "on or after Nov 1st"

I can see them saying cruises starting Nov 1st or later

Interesting that these changes are considered "enhancements". Not everyone would agree ...

 

At this point there are only 6 cruises listed after Nov 1st plus the 2020 RTW cruise

Thus it would have made more sense to enact these changes for cruises that will be posted soon for the 2020 season and are not booked as yet (since there are only 6 cruises + RTW 2020 that will/might be effected with these changes)

They could have implemented it Dec 1st 2019
