Crown and anchor points

Looking for information on crown&anchor point please. I am short one point for next level, is there anyway I can up that before our next cruise?

We have taken and payed for our 3 grown up family's twice before but received no extra points.

Here we are again going to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on the Oasis bringing our family group of 22 it would be nice to have that extra point.

I'm certainly not the official voice on this one, but I was 3 points away from next level on my cruise a few weeks ago. We did not get any additional credit for the next level (which I thought would've occurred while on the ship) in the form of OBC, and what we got we had no interest in. I was told that on this ship (the Rhapsody), no extra perks like early departure mattered as it was offered to anyone handling their own luggage.

The only way to get an extra point is to take a short cruise before the group cruise. You cannot buy points like you can with an airline.

I don't think you can...at least we couldn't on Carnival. You might want to see if they have a short cruise that you can take from a nearby port and get your points that way.
