Yes, it does drop, but you need to watch carefully. We were booked on POA over Easter in 2015 and I managed to catch a kids sail free before final payment, which saved us just over $1000. It’s not a guarantee but it does happen.

Does it ever drop?

 

NCL is the only house in town that does this cruise out of Hawaii with special permission from the Govt. We have done this cruise many times and feel that it's the best bang for your buck.

 

You pay more for this cruise because everything is imported into the islands and NCL must buy local. There also is no gaming on board ( which is where the cruise lines make their money and no gambling allowed in the state of Hawaii, they also have strict liquor laws.

In 2009, there were 4 of us in an inside cabin, & it came out to $509.00 each. Those days are long gone. I have been to Hawaii on POA in 2007, 2008, 2009, & 2012, and wanting to go back, but with higher prices & airfare, I have to wait until Trump sends me a huge check!!!!!!!!!! Like that's gonna happen any time soon!
