Hi,

Can anyone tell me if he 30 day rule to transfer your reservation to a TA starts at time you buy the placeholder or time you book the placeholder into an actual reservation. I’m hoping someone know. I don’t want to be on hold forever with dcl. Thanks!

We want to book two space savers on our May 2018 cruise one to use May 2019 and one to use June 2020. I know they say you have to use them within 24 months. Do they make any exceptions?

No. No exceptions.

But you could not book with onboard incentives for 2 separate dates anyway. You can book 2 per address but they have to be for the same cruise.
