Most 'Interesting' Port Entrances/Departures for Time-Lapse Photography

I enjoy (call it a hobby) photography and get a kick out of shooting time-lapse. I remember on a previous cruise the departing from Stockholm was very enjoyable. My wife and I are soon to be on the Viking Copenhagen to Amsterdam cruise which passes through the Kiel Canal which I'm going to (try) to shoot a time lapse on.

My question to you, my Viking cruising friends, is of the following ports, which would have in your opinion the most scenic entrance and/or exits? What I'm referring to is the hour or two arriving into or departing from a port. Something worthy of devoting a couple of hours of time to capture a few hundred photos that I would later 'stitch' together into a video.

Ports are...Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Oslo, Skagen, Fredericia, Kiel, Hamburg and Amsterdam.

Any information or ideas? Your opinions?

Thanks in advance.
