Looking at going to Bermuda sometime next year, maybe in April or May.. Is the weather/water ok that time of the year? Never been there before so any advice is appreciated!

May is considered to be the start of summer and when the locals start going in the water. The average high is 75 and the average low 68. The average water temp is 74.

The locals consider their Bermuda Day holiday on May 24 to be the start of beach season. Of course more hardy types or those used to cooler water temperatures like in New England are able to swim earlier than that date. I am not one of those.....[emoji19]

We've not been in April, but have cruised to Bermuda several times in May. Not too hot or humid and being from NY, the water temp was fine for us. We've also been several times in Sept and those two months (May & Sept) we think, are the best months to cruise to Bermuda.
