Also I know they rent chairs at Horseshoe....um are they fatty plus sized friendly? ;p;p;pI havent been to Bermuda in over 7 years and cant remember anything other than that beautiful beach and the sunshine

My answer assumes you're starting at the Royal Naval Dockyard.

I think the best way to go is via the shared mini bus shuttles that cost $7 per person in each direction.

A taxi for 1 - 4 passengers will cost about $35 plus tip each way Monday through Saturday. More for 5 - 7 passengers and on Sunday.

Bus costs $4.50 (using a token) each way. the bus drops you and picks you up on South Road, so you have to walk down and the back up a steep hill to get to the beach. The buses can be crowded and if they are may even skip the Horseshoe Bay stop on the return trip.

I'm a pretty big guy and I find the lounge chairs there to be reasonably comfortable. Pictures and prices are here: https://rumbumbeachbar.com/rental-items/
