Budget Rental have a shuttle to the cruise terminal?

Is anyone able to tell me if the

Budget Rental

Westin Hotel (Downtown),L9B333 E Ocean Blvd,LONG BEACH, CA 90802 US

has a shuttle to the cruise terminal for carnival? Everytime that I call no one answers or returns my calls.

They did not when I was researching our January cruise. We turned our rental car in the night before and called Uber.

I don't think any of the rental car companies have free shuttles to the pier in Long Beach, The hotels in downtown Long Beach don't have free shuttles either It is a short distance to go with taxi(about $10 ) from downtown Long Beach or Uber/Lyft.
