Great grab as it would likely have been on the spin around.

 

Yes , in the next frame that shot was gone. Clearly shows how the face of the glacier , melts/calves as it meets the sea. Getting to the end of summer over there as well.

We were there late September, lots of calving, the ship comes in and then does a slow rotation through 540 degrees so that every side of the ship gets a good look.

Crystal Serenity arriving in Civitavecchia ,the port for Rome. It’s early morn there and gives us good idea of just how big the wharf is for cruise ships and what facilities they have for one of the biggest cruise ports in the Med....like none .:rolleyes:
