Ideas for Christmas Cruise Nails?

Silly question but I am going on a Caribbean cruise for Christmas and I can't figure out what to do with my nails?

Usually for Christmas I go a deep red but for the Caribbean I usually do something bright, like a pink. My day wear will be very tropical but my evening wear is split between tropical stuff and red/black combos.

Has anyone ever done anything that would be suitable for both?

This may be a bit left of center but what about say blue nails worn with something blue on formal night with maybe some snowflake earrings?

I suggest going on Pinterest and searching "Christmas nails". You will get hundreds of hits. Some are gorgeous!!!

Personally, I'd go with either French tips or a nude color. Either will go equally well with both tropical colors and your red/black Christmas-y evening combos. If you're insistent on having them look Christmas-y, have your nail tech add a metallic snowflake or Christmas tree embellishment on your pinky nails. It will be festive, but still neutral enough to go with with all clothing color options.

Last year I had pink toes with Christmas trees painted on the big toe. Just a bit of fun :) Plain pink on my hands because I knew the trees would be pretty tiresome by January 2nd when I could have the polish re-done.

Were you naughty this year? Go for black. Were you nice? Sparkly white.
