Also wondering handling of luggage from 4day Land Taj tour to ship .?

Oceania will take the larger luggage pieces by train from the starting overland excursions to the ship. So the weight and size limits on the internal flight will not be an issue.

Check my RTW blog (2totravelrtw180.blogspot.com) ... link in the signature if you have it turned on. Not sure what all your ports are, but there are likely some overlaps with what we did on the 2017 RTW. Start with the April archive in the sidebar ... that’s when we were in India, traveling west from there.

We did lots of small, private tours and would recommend any of the tour operators we worked with. Be prepared for hot and humid ... and hot and dry temps until you get to the Med.
