Nassau - transportation ideas

We are 30 days away from our cruise, just need to know how to get around Nassau if we go to Fish Fry or Ft Fincastle. I understand there are buses and also jitneys, right? Where and prices? What's easiest?

We are parasailing early, then will have time afterwards to go grab food and definitely want to see a few things either on way to eat or afterwards.

The # 10 jitney (bus) runs along the water on West Bay Street. Hail it down and take a ride. It cost $1.25pp. ($2.50 round trip)

Depending on where you get dropped off from you excursion. Just ask them which way to the Fish Fry.
