I am getting conflicting answers to get pass onboard go to guest services on 6 or go to spa

Go to the spa on embarkation day and take a tour of the Thermal Suite before you buy. You may decide that it isn't worth the price. Or, you can buy it online in advance for a small discount.

are you talking about thermal spa passes or vibe passes

thermal spa passes can be bought pre embarkation for $20 discount or on board full price

on the other hand vibe passes are on a first come first served basis on board and by guest services or headliners

research which ship for which way to run for passes

I'm also sailing on the Epic in three weeks Just checked and they do have passes available but they must be sold out on the Escape for the March 17 cruise because there's no listing.

I just went through this with the Feb 17 sailing of Escape. I know the drill, I've been buying the thermal suite passes as long as you've been able to book them online. I could find the thermal suite listed under "onboard activities", but there was no way to purchase it.

Since I spend a lot of time in the thermal suite and the cruise was past PIF, I semi-panicked and just called NCL directly. After about ten minutes waiting on hold for a rep, she was able to add it for me right away. She said I wasn't the first person to mention the problem. I had the invoice in my email moments later and the charge on my CC.

If you don't see the option to book online just call them to book. I, and many others, ran in to this same issue in the past few months.

I haven't been around much lately, so when I booked my (past-PIF) cruise at the last minute and couldn't buy the pass online, it was cold-sweat city until I got through to the rep. :) I was afraid I was going to have to do the "Vibe sprint" to the spa desk once on board. :)

very true! the Spa passes were showing up on my account up until the 90th day for our 1/27 Escape trip. I had to call to book.
