Does anyone know where I can get free wifi in Nassau. Will only be there for the day.

There is a brewery there. I can’t remember the name, but it’s walking distance and I think the only brewery in town. They had free WiFi last year.

Check with some crew memebers (bartenders, etc.) once you are on the ship.

They are always a good source of current information for this sort of thing. ;)

It would be much easier just to spend the $15 or whatever and get onboard wifi for the whole day.

There have been times that I got free wifi at the Straw Market. Last week it was hardly there.

There are quite a few places that have free wifi with a purchase. As mentioned, dunkin donuts, mcD's and starbucks as well as the ice cream spot and many more.

Just keep in mind that internet in the Bahamas is not secure. It's easily hacked and the government has warned against using it for banking etc.

So be very careful using wifi while in the Bahamas.

Yes...Starbucks, McD's and DD are all within a five minute walk once you head out of the port.
