Exuma is the island known for the swimming pigs. It's about 130 miles from Nassau, so too far away for an excursion through the ship. I believe you can book a speed boat trip privately. Would take about an hour each way. I wouldn't risk it with the short time Sky usually has in port. Definitely worth a trip on its own, though.

The Exumas are actually a chain of islands. There is a speed boat tour that takes you to the northernmost Exuma islands but not as far south as the swimming pigs. It's still an excellent tour though! We did it once. But even that is a full day trip and I wouldn't do it while on a cruise.

There are tours that leave Nassau and take you to the swimming pigs, FYI. But yeah, no way you would make it on a cruise vacation.
