Nassau Walk to John Watlings Distillery?

We will be in Nassau in a few weeks and are interested in walking to John Watlings Distillery then going to the Fish Fry and walk back to ship through Junkanoo Beach area and make a few stops by the ship (Brewery, shopping etc.) on the way back.

Would appreciate any feedback on the walk to the Distillery. We have walked to the Hilton no problem before. Also after the distillery if we don't feel like walking to the Fish Fry what Jitney would we take and is the closest place to pick it up at the McDonald's? Also open to suggestions on places/things to eat at the Fish Fry. We have been to Nassau many times but have never made it there before. Thanks!

Can't help you with the food question, but the walk is about a mile depending on which way you go.

We walked to the Queen's Staircase and then to John Watling's - the only downside is a lot of the streets are not marked - we almost missed it. The walk isn't too hilly, but there is a lot of broken pavement/sidewalks or no sidewalk.

I had a great Pina Colda at John Watling's - can't wait to go back.

If you walk down Augusta Street.. (just steps from Waitlings), you'll be at Junkanoo Beach - The Fish Fry is just next door. Just ask at the Distillery
