Proof of 100 Shares - submitting report

I have been able to fax this information in the past to the Guest Services Admin Supervisor (when I was working and had access to a fax machine) but I am wondering if anyone has an email address that this proof can be emailed to. I have a USPS address but would rather email it if I could.

I always send my email to: guestadmin@carnival.com

What does providing this information get you?

You should get an automated response when the request is received and then an e mail telling you that the credit is on your account. The whole thing took 3 days for me over a holiday weekend.

So would a screenshot of my Scottrade account with 100 Carnival shares work for proof? May end up buying 100 before my next cruise just for the credit.

I usually use the last statement. Then i blank out anything that i dont want them to have, like other stocks and account numbers.

Can you blank out your account number on a screen shot??

I also scan and email a paper copy of the last statement with personal info redacted(blanked out)

I take a screenshot of my Scottrade account and save it as a pdf. That way it is easy to blank out the information i want.

That doc says benefit is good only for sailings through end of July. I hope they renew it for 2018.

Salty dog I was just going to ask if any one knows if it will renew for 2018? Booking by end of Feb (while on next cruise) but hope it continues. A very nice perk.
