Vista has many different features than the Valor so I would suggest trying her.
kcdancerkc Posted January 20, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2018 Look at the reviews here and the ship layouts and decide. No such thing generally as a worthless cruise
mustgo Posted January 20, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2018 We found the layout in the theatre extremely poor on Vista. There were very few good seats.

lcpagejr Posted January 21, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 21, 2018 We enjoyed the Vista... Bigger ship...outside promenade for food, drinks and lounging. Great sports deck with outside activities, IMAX and Thrill theatre....just some of the extras not on Valor. Also they have Havana area.... which is a great alternative if you don't like crowds and want a much more quiet and relaxed cruise experience. 2PinaColadas Posted January 21, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Valor had the BEST staff we have ever had on a cruise. Room steward, bartenders, dining room staff, etc.. all were great. With that said, we book cruises based on the itinerary, not the ship.
SpaceCowboy9 Posted January 21, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 21, 2018 Been on both and you can't go wrong with either ship. But it depends on what you like. I liked the Serenity deck & fitness center better on the Valor, but loved the Havana bar on the Vista. The Vista also has updated decor. I suggest what others have suggested and read all the reviews you can & there are a number of videos of both ships. Itinerary is also worth looking into.
