Trying to figure out where I was

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out where this excursion was that I went on back in the 90s. My parents and I were talking about it and we are pretty sure it was a southern Caribbean cruise. We took a catamaran from the port out to a small island with white sand beaches and rock formations all over the beaches. I remember being able to run through archways in the rocks while still being on a wet beach. It was a fantastic experience, however this was 20+ years ago and we can’t remember where it was. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
