Time to board ship

Our cruise starts in Palma on 29rh August ship arrives at 3pm and leaves at 11.59 what time do you think we will be able to board.

We are staying in a hotel for and wondering if we will have to check out early this is a cruise and stay 14 night holiday. 3 nights before cruise and 4 nights after.

I Will Be there 3 pm., not many people board in Palma, so Be ready.

Thanks for reply. So do they let you arrive as soon as it docks. First time to cruise so not sure what happens.

I Think They Will let you board when the people who Will Explorer Palma Have left the ship.

I assume that it's a cruise with multiple ports for embarkation and that means that they won't "empty" the ship before you can board. You will probably be able to board shortly after 3 if the ship is there on time.

What do you mean with check out early? If the ship will arrive at 3 pm, why should you check out early from your hotel?

hotels usually have a check out time of anything from 10.30 until 12noon some let you pay for later checkout. i have not heard of a hotel yet that won't let you store your luggage there so you could go out and about get some lunch and then pick your luggage up to board later.

Embarking passengers don't have to wait until people with a day in port has left.
