Not sure either what you are asking. What hidden decks?

By calling carnival they can help you.

The 4J's are located at the front of each deck, facing forward. They are considered interior rooms (and are listed in the interior category as "Interior with picture window) because the window does not overlook the ocean, but a seldom-used deck (These are the "secret decks"). It is a very short walk from your cabin door, through a doorway, and out to the deck. We just upgraded for only $32 from a porthole room on the main deck to a 4J on the Lido Deck for our March Liberty cruise. I am excited to be on the Lido, as I love my morning coffee and a walk on the upper decks before DH arises, Since this is a short cruise, it will be a good opportunity to see how we like the 4J.
