Cabin advice Marella Discovery decks 2/3

we have just booked a later deal for baltics cruise and only outside cabins available on decks2/3. And advice on wether it's noisy at back due to engines or near front due to live lounge or where is best. Thanks

Potentially noise due to engines and propellers at stern of all ships. I go for a cabin midships or forward. There may be some noise from the live lounge etc but it should all stos before midnight.

Have just returned from Discovery. We had outside cabin 2052 on deck 2 midships - very quiet, picture window, convenient for the lifts and spacious with more than ample storage space and the best cabin steward (DD) we have ever had.

I was on deck 3 near the front, lovely and quiet.

We had 2050 last year and it was very convenient. Near the ship's exit, we could just drop any bags on our return and head straight for lunch or a bar. Plenty of space and quiet.

No cruiserman - we were on the repositioning cruise from Malaga to Newcastle (although we got off at Southampton) ready for the start of the Baltic season.

No live lounge went on way past midnight, some shows only started at 11.45 in there, some started at 12.15
