Excursion: Cannes transfer to Monaco + Perfume Factory

Has anyone does this excursion? How is the timing? We port from 9-6 and the casino doesn't seem to open until 2 for gambling. We aren't gamblers, but we would like to play 15 minute of slots to say we did! Will we have already left Monte Carlo by then?
