Is Mini Blender allowed on breakaway

Hi,

I am cruising with my 1-year-old daughter on breakaway next month, she still doesn't eat solid foods yet and we need to blend the food into puree to feed her. Is carrying a mini blender allowed in Breakaway.

I have searched the forum and all the posts related to this topic is very old. I am not sure about the latest rules and restrictions about carrying a mini blender.

Not the Breakaway, but another NCL ship, yes, we took a blender. I think the restrictions on appliances are for anything with a heating element. You may want to consider, though, can you get the blender clean enough in the bathroom sink?

I don't think you would have a problem at all I would pack the base and the top in different bags if possible they don't seem to scan that well at least on the Epic I don't want to say what have until we are off. I also spoke to 2 people that have power strips that were not confiscated. Make sure it is not one that draws too much power and if it is 110/220 all the better. A nutribullet type blender should be ok.

I am planning to bring gerber jars. but want to keep options open for different foods for her.

And how about those little "bags" of food they have now as well?

Just ask the server, and the galley will puree vegetables and things for you.

I think there is a food mill made by Munchkin that you just crank to blend food. Not as convenient but may do the trick.

Not directly answering the question, but the kitchens have always been very willing to puree anything they have on the menu.

I used to take my mini blender without incident. I make skinny cosmos.

Security took it when I was boarding the Sun in Miami. The Concierge was able to get it for me.

I took a really small one on the Epic.
