Yes - but I believe it has to be done before you board. Not sure of the time frame but I am guessing 14 days.

OLife Choice Terms and Conditions on Oceania's website says OLife Choice amenity must be chosen by date final payment is due. Presumably, this would also apply to changes. We just made a change in advance of final payment, which is due on December 9, 2017. Suggest you or your TA may wish to confirm with O's HQ. the latest date you can change your OLife Choice amenity -- just sayin'.

Oceania allows one to make the change up to 14 prior to boarding.
