Souvenir Thermal Mug with Soda Program

On the Epic earlier this month I was denied a souvenir thermal mug for the soda program I had purchased online because I was over 18 years of age. I didn't see anything about this limitation on the NCL website. Not a big deal, but I would have liked one. Your experiences?

I have always gotten one and I am way over 18.

None of my kids got them (14,16, 19, 20).

Never had a problem getting one as long as soda sticker was on key card

Where do you get the thermal mug? I was thinking about adding this package (turned down the UBP since I am a very light drinker and DH does not drink at all). When we have had this package on other lines, the thermal mug was usually in our cabin when we arrived.

Or you can ask for one at the Atrium bar. They have them in the back.

On the Escape the mugs were in the coffee shop. All six of got them.
