Has anyone taken photos of the day of the week in the elevator???

Would of loved to of done that?

I took them for a scrapbook page, and it also was a great way to transition in the regular photo album from day to day. These are from Mariner 2/06

We'll be on our first RCI cruise next month, the Anthem TA. What exactly are these elevator photos of? Does the ship swap out the name of each day in something in the floor?

Yeah. Makes it easier to keep track of the days.

It's just a plate that's gets changed every day.

Holland America does it, too. I would take one every morning to help date my pictures.

It does however throw you slightly when they (quite regularly) change them a little early.

HAL has the days of week in the elevators on most of their ships.

I really don't see why people need to know what day of the week it is.

You are on vacation -- relax and enjoy.

I take them. Like others it helps with knowing what day certain events happen. Which helps with my photobooks

I never bothered to take pictures of the plaques because I was too busy trying to figure out how to make them stop changing so we could just keep on cruising......
