Just wanted to confirm that things haven't changed in the last few months.

On our recent Prinsendam cruise, the special was Maine lobster. It was a Gala night.

I wish I had paid attention to which one it was. I think it was the second but my memory is too short.

Veal liver Veniziana sounds amazing!

Definitely the daily special Osso Bucco with the amazing risotto preceded by the zuppe di Pesce as a starter.

Just wanted to confirm that things haven't changed in the last few months.

I'm pretty sure it's the same menu as Roger's. We were more interested in the veal liver and Osso buco days. But I did hear that the jumbo shrimp was on for last night.

They did have lobster tails for the last gala night (on our first segment).

On Zaandam, they told us that any gala night we could have a lobster tail in Canaletto.:)

From the regular menu, I enjoy the Branzino

Definitely, my favourite is the branzino - but the swordfish puttanesca was good, too. The swordfish was a bit dry so the puttanesca helped moisten it.

We went twice recently on the Zaandam. Our gala night was also shrimp special night and we got lobster tails, as well. It was fantastic.

On the regular menu, I had something that I never order--chicken cacciatore. It was the best Italian chicken dish I've ever had.

If available on the menu, the steak entree has been superior to any steak that I have ordered in PG. Surprising to me? Most certainly.

We were just on the Eurodam and they had osso bucco Friday night....was totally awesome and they gave us the recipe!!
