Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel

I have reserved a room here which is already pretty high, now I see self parking is $44 and valet is $49. We are parking at Fulton Garage for the week of the cruise. Does anybody know if it's possible to park there a day early and would we be able to walk to hotel from there with our luggage?

Not sure about the parking. But depending on when your cruise leaves, keep checking the rates. Ours dropped by almost $100 from when I first made a reservation. I was able to cancel and rebook with the lower rate.

Google maps is your friend. 11 minute walk according to them, Hilton to Fulton. Dragging luggage may add time.

Or drop the luggage off first - then go park at Fulton.

Thanks everybody. @laonshark I don't know why I didn't think of this instead of dragging luggage but we will be going with your idea.
