Elf on the Self ideas!

We are cruising the week before Christmas on the Magic. Our Elf on the Shelf will be expected to make his regular appearances. Anyone have any ideas where he can hang out for 7 days in the cabin?

*Yes, I've posted this to the Family Board but wasn't sure if anyone who has cruised the Magic has any brilliant ideas to contribute.

I've been wondering about the same thing. We will be on the cruise before Christmas into Christmas. We were just going to make something up saying he didn't have a passport :')

Assuming you are going to move him daily, it's pretty easy to use the counters, peaking from a drawer, the corner of the room, night stand, sofa/chair, and if you take something to secure him, you can hang/perch him from the TV.

We did this when we sailed the Dream over Christmas. They though the elf would stay home, but some how they ended up in our suitcases when we unpacked! We asked our room steward (and gave him a tip) if he would help with the elfy shennigans! We would find our elf with our towel animal, hanging from the shower and may different places. Our younger kids thought it was great!

Oh I didn't even think about having the room steward help out with this! I like the idea of not having a passport as well. We cruise over Thanksgiving so if it comes back on Thanksgiving we would only need a couple days.
