Tivoli hotel in Copenhagen- good or bad ????

staying at the Tivoli hotel. any comments of the property? Staying there in June. Any thoughts or comments appreciated!

Judging from the TripAdvisor reviews i would say good.

The negative reviews seems to be isolated incidents and not a general view of the hotels quality.

My personal view is that is located of the beaten tracks as some reviews mentions and another minus is the heavy demolishion/construction going on in the area.

It doesn't seems to bother the guest so maybe im just maling to much out of it.

The deal is that just next to the Tivoli hotel they are building a 1200 room Cabinn hotel or Crabinn as I call them.

Behind the next door Wake Up hotel they are demolishing the post terminal to make way for a few highrises and Danske Bank headquarters.

But as I said, No words about that in the reviews.

Danishviking: I know that the Tivoli Gardens isn't far from the Marriott Hotel. Can you tell me whether that hotel too is affected by construction? E.g. is Marriott farther or closer to construction than Tivoli Hotel?

Its not long from the post terminal but luckily there is a few buildings standing in the way so there should be no issues.

More construction close to Tivoli Hotel. If you select a waterfront room at Marriott you will be safe.
