Lahaina

How far is the historic whaling village of Lahaina from the port in Lahaina? Are there buses or shuttles to take you there?

You tender ashore right in the middle of town.

How is Fleetwoods on Front St. We are on the POA and we were wondering if they have music on Monday evenings. Is Mick ever around?:cool:

Mick lives in West Maui, and is around frequently. Food is a little pricey for pub grub, but that is Hawaii. The place is pretty hopping.

You understand if you are on POA, you are 45-60 minutes from Lahaina? And that you sail Monday at 6pm?

All is not lost. At least at this writing, Fleetwood's does have live music on Sunday (though from noon until 2 p.m. - which might not be as fun as evening).

Thanks for the music update. Well if there's live music on Maui on a Sunday afternoon, it sure beats live streaming as I clean the garage on any given Sunday.:D
