Timekeeping and Step Counting on a World Cruise:

I'm wondering what people do to keep track of time on a world cruise and to track steps (if you are into that)?

At home I use my Fitbit to keep track of the steps I walk, and as a watch. I and also have my smart phone for time reference.

It strikes that on a world cruise these would not be ideal. Thinking that a regular wristwatch, which can be easily updated for the appropriate ship's time, and a separate pedometer to keep track of steps would seem the best arrangement, but I am curious to hear what other people do.
