Quebec City pick up at port and day tour

Any suggestions for pickup with private company at the port and a day tour of the city? Thank you in advance. We are 7 people.

Do you really need a tour? Quebec City is easy to get around on foot. There is, however, a hop-on hop-off bus available near the cruise port if you have mobility issues.

Yes first time travelers want to see lower and upper city and sites after we leave ship. I have been there before many times. They cannot do all that walking.
