What currency do I need?

We are boarding the Azura in March in Barbados and visiting 3 other caribbean islands. Do they all have different currencies or do they all accept American dollars?

i'm also on azura in march been told by people we know from Barbados they will all accept us dollars and that is the best thing to carry.

Most all Caribbean islands will take US dollars. Bring small bills. In Martinque you can use US dollars at some of the tourist shops but they use Euros in the shops for the locals.
