San Juan beaches

Stopping in Puerto Rico on the Carnival Glory in April. Are there good beaches close to the port in San Juan? Any suggestions?

 

Hi, there really aren't any CLOSE by, Carolina is probably closest, about 6 miles. Would suggest you post on the port specific board and you'll likely get a better response. I stayed in a beachfront hotel in San Juan but it is the on the side of the North Atlantic, not the Caribbean Sea. The surf is rough, and the water somewhat cold. Laurie
