Is there a historic trend for when itineraries are released?

We’re looking to book our next cruise for December 2019. Is there a historic trend for when itineraries are released? For example, I’m really familiar with WDW and know their late summer FLRR/AP discounts are released right around Spring Break. I can expect to see the summer deals just before Mother’s Day, etc. Any trends with DCL?

I’m looking for Nov/Dec 2019 as well, it looks like the last few years have been May-ish, but nothing solid and may not be the complete itinerary? I plan to start checking early May.
